• Shipping time: 3-7 business days within the US
• Total estimated delivery: 5-12 business days

Since each item is made-to-order, production times can occasionally vary based on demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please note:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fees
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

We're sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement or refund.

Made-to-order means each product is created specifically for you after you place your order. This allows us to minimize waste and ensure you receive a freshly made item. The tradeoff is a slightly longer wait time compared to pre-made products, but we think it's worth it!

We partner with print-on-demand suppliers who prioritize sustainability. Made-to-order production also means less waste from unsold inventory.
